Delivery Postage & Packaging

Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 24 hours of processing the order (orders placed on Friday or Saturday will take slightly longer).
 
UK First Class delivery is a flat rate of £5.95
UK Special Next Day delivery is a flat rate of £7.95

UK First Class Free of Charge delivery on orders above £100.00 / Excluding food hampers

Hamper Delivery Charges: £7.95 per hamper; UK deliveries only.

International shipping available for most EU countries at a flat rate of £25.00. Using ParcelForce Worldwide deliveries can take up to 7-14 working days.

We ship to the United States from £50.00 flat rate. 

Website Returns

If you wish to arrange for goods to be returned, please write to shop@macdonald-hotels.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return. Instructions on how to return your order to us will be provided. Once we have received the returned product, we will replace or refund as required. All returns must be notified in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that are not in a saleable condition i.e. worn, washed, not in original packaging or complete without labels.  Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.  If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded. We strongly recommend that you request and retain proof posting for any items returned. We cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.

Please allow up to 10 working days for items to reach us and a further 10 working days for credit on your bank account to show. Please note Food Hampers cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
